Usability Guideline - for Navigation
Usability - Usability measures the quality of a user's experience when interacting with a product or system— whether a Web site, a software application, mobile technology, or any user- device.
The Important Guidelines for Navigational Menus
1 .Universal Navigation
navigation appears on every web page.
2 .placement Consistency
the main navigational menu should have a consistent placement, preferably in the upper-left section of the website (for vertical navigational menus) or directly underneath the logo near the top of the page (for horizontal navigational menus).

When creating a website, it is important to constantly provide feedback to the visitor regarding their current location. There are several ways to go about doing this.

job portal means it is one of the online recruitment process, who have good
skills or technics with required experience in particular field then
for sure he/she will grab a job in their pockets.
Job portal is one of the good business , not succeed by all.
Only few of them who have well knowledge by approaching end - user vision will lead the way in the business.
In today's World Employment is a very big issue, Most of the Firms need quality Employees but they are difficult
Sort their profile either IT or Non-IT .
Ok, let us start our view on those prominent issues,
So many Consultancy are buying resume and invite candidates and ask them to attend the interview. When the candidate got selected, consultancy will get good pay and the particular Job portal will normally gain themselves in business.
Today the freshers face more problems in grabbing the first Job, but Experienced who registered in any job portal will get job easily , Bcoz their profile automatically matches with the experienced category.
With Job portal "Freshers" Will not get job even they register in job portals. But this is not the case in experienced candidates.
Now i will share my experience in getting a job when iam a fresher before 3 years
When i register myself as a fresher i didnt get any Job through job Portals and i struggled a lot in getting my first job. MY FIRST JOB smiled at me with a reference.But After couple of years when i gain experience i was/still iam with interview calls from portals one per day.
We know that Naukri , Monster , Click jobs , Time jobs are some Famous Portal For Job.
Do you know how they succeed in the business?
Database is main Advantage. For each and every category portals list the resume in order.
Most of the consultancy they get what expected from job portal.
With Job portals many people get jobs and also many firms get good employees.
But now a days people start to think to finish themselves through online to get a better job right from his table.
So,if ther goes any portal Conductiong Live interviews then it is Very useful for People to reach their path.
"I mean that the Live interview if a recruiter views our Profile , he/she calls me through phone or by chatting while im in live , by inviting for Instant Interview. And this happens with a single click.
Computers is a thing like mobile phones each and every one owns, people know with out computer survivng is getting tough in this world, like wise internet too.
